Fowler Better Homes and Gardens/GMAC Real
Estate merged in January of 1997 with Wheeler Realty Better Homes
and Gardens, a company founded in 1915 that has consistently ranked
in the top 5 residential real estate companies in our market for the
past 20 years. The name was changed to Crawford Neal GMAC Real Esate
in September 2000. Crawford Neal GMAC Real Estate continues to earn
the trust and respect of thousands of property buyers. Crawford Neal
GMAC Real Estate is not exclusive to Fort Collins but has locations
throughout Northern Colorado

Homes and Gardens name plus its acquisition by GMAC Real Estate adds
the international exposure to its real estate base in Fort Collins,
