Personal:

I was born in Michigan and grew up in Illinois, Oklahoma, and Kansas (my Dad
worked for an oil company as you might guess from those states). After graduating from Fort Hays State University with a degree in nursing, I moved to Baltimore and then Washington, DC. In 1971 I settled in Ft Collins. My daughter, Jennifer, and her husband, Torrey, own a breakfast-lunch restaurant in Ft Collins- these are now the only two meals our family is allowed to eat- in support of the restaurant. My son, Andy, is the "computer genius" and is employed in Denver. I have a two year old grandson, Elijah William McCoy, that I am trying my best to spoil! I bring the same approach to my real estate career as I did my nursing career. I believe they both involve taking care of people's needs during a high stress time of their lives. The best approach is with careful listening, sincere caring and clear presentation of information.
