    I am a licensed broker of real estate in Colorado and Utah and previously both in California and Arizona. I have been active in real estate for thirty-two years, concentrating my learning efforts in real estate development and condominium construction, as well as marketing and consulting. I currently serve as Managing Broker partner for Crawford Neal GMAC Real Estate in Fort Collins, Colorado. I am a former president of the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute (RESSI), and have completed syndication projects throughout Utah. I am the author of 4 real estate textbooks and am the director of the Real Estate Education Company, which publishes and distributes my materials throughout the United States. I graduated form Brigham Young University in Business Management, and studied Real Estate Law at the University of California at Berkeley. Active on both local and state education committees, I served for 3 years as Education director of the Real Estate Division for the state of Utah. I am an approved instructor for the Graduate Realtor Institute, GRI Program, prelicensing sales courses, as well as appearing as a fee lecturer at many private seminars. I am a National Certified Trainer for Realty World, Century 21, and Better Homes and Gardens/GMAC Real Estate. I have assisted in over $150 million dollars of real estate transactions. I have recently completed a 90-hour video series on Contract Law and Agency. I am listed in "Who's Who in the West", 1975 and "Who's Who in Finance and Business", 1977.
