As a Fort Collins resident since 1986, I have seen many changes in the "Choice City". After graduating form Colorado State University in 1991 with a degree in real estate, I obtained my Broker's license and began helping people with their real estate needs.
Within the first year, I earned the GRI designation and was awarded "Newcomer of the Year" at Coldwell Banker. In May of 1995 I was married to my college sweetheart, Kim.
Since then, I have earned the CRS designation and won the Diamond Society Award, given out to the top 6% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.
