Fort Collins combines the best of two worlds - the great plains from the east and the Rocky Mountains to the west. Our “Old Town” section of downtown is so quaint and so unique that it served as the model for Main Street, USA in the Disneyworld theme parks. Fort Collins is truly alive, vibrant and beautiful! The region is quickly becoming one of the nations leading areas for high tech companies and is home to Colorado State University. And were not the only one bragging! Nearly every recent magazine has rated Fort Collins one of the best places in the United States to live, raise a family and retire. As you can see, I believe this city is second-to-none! I was, in fact, so impressed with Fort Collins when I visited as a teenager, I made the decision then that I would someday live here. It took over twenty years, but I made it! And Fort Collins has, as I knew it would, far exceeded my every dream.

I pride myself on making this process less intimidating by not pressuring my clients. I grew up in Ames, Iowa where in high school I met my husband Doran. We both graduated from Iowa State University. I taught elementary school for a few years before moving to Austin, Texas. We lived in Austin for over thirteen years and really enjoyed it, but we were both eager to make the move to Fort Collins. During our nearly 18 years of marriage we have had three lovely daughters ages 14, 11, and 8. In addition to selling real estate, I am the owner of the company that publishes the Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor and Northern Colorado Resource Books which is used by area real estate agents.

I, like so many of you, enjoy numerous sports including golf, tennis, skiing, hiking, canoeing, horseback riding, backpacking and camping. In my free time, I love to write fiction.
